The Sequoia Wellness Center is a medical fitness center open to the public. A monthly membership includes access to all weight and cardio equipment, group exercise classes, pools, locker rooms and our many wellness educational programs.

With over 75 pieces of Life Fitness treadmills, ellipticals and recumbent bikes, a full free-weight floor, plus 25 cycling bikes, and two pools, Sequoia offers all of the fitness center amenities you could want.

Sequoia Wellness for Kids
Kidz in Motion
The Sequoia Wellness Center offers complimentary daycare services for members. There are always activities going on that the kids can enjoy while parents or guardians use the wellness center.
