All of this is possible and more when you hold your corporate retreat at our event center. Whether you schedule your corporate retreat around the services offered by the Sequoia Wellness Center or use the services intermittently throughout the retreat, our event specialists can customize your event package to reflect those needs. All event attendees receive complimentary day passes to use at their discretion. Attendees can take advantage of the wellness center throughout the corporate retreat or expo they attended or participate in move it breaks when staff members lead stretches, exercises, yoga and more.
Medical Fitness Center Memberships
Want to take advantage of the state-of-the-art fitness facility located at the NEW Center all the time? You don’t need to be at the NEW Center for a corporate retreat, wedding or social gathering to use the Sequoia Wellness Center. With a membership, you can frequent the medical fitness center daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.
Membership includes access to the rock climbing wall, free weights, warm pool, lap pool, exercise machines, and more. We have a professional staff of wellness experts dedicated to created a customized fitness plan designed to help you reach your goals. We believe that wellness is comprised of a healthy mind, body, and soul. And, the Sequoia Wellness Center and its staff can help promote your overall well-being.
