Grow from sales representative to trusted advisor! COSE and The Greater Cleveland Partnership, in collaboration with The NEW Center, have designed a full day of sales training sessions for sales professionals of all levels.
Proven sales trainers Hal Becker and Marvin Montgomery have designed a hands-on workshop for sales professionals and sales managers. Using years of experience as salespeople, sales team leaders, and sales coaches, they have designed full-day experiences that will give you the strategies and tools you need to excel.
Each session is jam packed with the most current sales techniques, age old proven methodologies that work no matter what business you are in, and naturally intense common-sense sales concepts that anyone can put into action.

This full-day sales training will cover the gamut of the sales process including effective cold calling techniques, selling on value vs. price, overcoming customer resistance, and closing and follow-up technique. Heavy emphasis will be on qualifying the customer, listening skills, territory management and what the top 3% of all salespeople have in common for incredible execution. These sessions are designed for all levels of sales professionals from the novice to the very experienced. Sales managers and leaders are also encouraged to attend.
